Anyone needs skills to be able or self-employed. In this competitive society, book knowledge alone is not enough; it requires vocational education and training. Our organization has been working for the past few years to fulfill the dream of the state to provide skills to the youth and make them self-employed. This organization is providing necessary training to those who want to run their own business in the hospitality sector in Nepal, to go for foreign employment or to become self-employed in the country. KISHM Provides free training for extremely poor communities. The main goal of this organization is to eliminate unemployment in the society. This organization, which promotes the practical side rather than the theoretical one, is becoming the best organization in Gandaki Pradesh in a short period of time.
